Children's Ministry

The Pebble Vision

To enlighten, excite and encourage children on their spiritual journey.

The Pebble Mission

To partner with families to lead kids to Christ; help them grow spiritually; know and love the true God; and live honestly and responsibly in this world.

Family Res. –

The Rock's children's ministry is called The Pebble and serves children, infants through 4th grade. The Pebble serves in partnership with families to develop children into disciples of Jesus. The Pebble provides a variety of programming and age-appropriate activities on Sunday mornings and on Wednesday nights. Children are encouraged to build relationships with others that will, in turn, direct them toward a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Nursery/Early Childhood

Our ministries and programs are staffed by volunteers seeking to impact the lives of boys and girls for Christ. Consistent teaching teams and familiar faces in each classroom provide the children a sense of security and enables them to develop significant relationships with their teachers. The Rock is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children who participate in our programs. Our volunteers have been carefully screened and are easily identified with blue lanyards and nametags.

Nursery - Provides a safe, loving environment for children from birth through age 5 during worship services and special events. Provides learning activities to ready children to hear about God on a deeper level as they grow.

Greeters will assist visitors and regular attendees in signing in their children.

Children should be picked up promptly after the end of the service. The Family Identification Card must be shown before children will be released. Visitors will use a temporary identification sticker.

When visitors decide to make The Rock their church home, upon notifying a greeter, the child's name will be added to the roster and a nametag will be made.
